Data controller

The controller of personal data is Aspika (Łukasz Grzybowski), contact: kontakt@aspika.pl.

We process data under the GDPR in connection with operating aspika.pl and handling service inquiries.

What data we collect

We may process data you voluntarily submit through the contact form and technical data related to your use of the site.

• name or company, email, phone, message content (contact form)
• IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser information (server logs, analytics after consent)
• leadSource URL parameter (e.g. from blog links) when present

Purposes and legal bases

Form data is used only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and discuss a potential project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps prior to contract; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in business correspondence).

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) runs only after you accept cookies in the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, analytics stays disabled (Consent Mode).

Cookies

The site may use essential cookies (e.g. language preference) and analytics cookies after your consent.

Analytics consent is stored locally in your browser. You can withdraw it by clearing site data for aspika.pl.

• cookie consent: stores analytics decision (localStorage)
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): traffic statistics after banner acceptance

Recipients

We use hosting and IT providers required to run the site and form (including Netlify). After consent, analytics data may be processed by Google (GA4) under Google's policies.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Correspondence and form data are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any cooperation, and no longer than reasonably required.

Analytics data retention follows GA4 settings and Google's policies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
